I commissioned Jim to do a painting for me of a beautiful coastline in Italy. When finished I was so happy, it looked like a photograph, it was perfection. I have seen a lot of his work and could not recommend his work highly enough. Cheers Barry

I now have 24 paintings done by James over the years. Three paintings are of my beloved pets. All beautifully depicted and so well executed that my friends ask for James to do portraiture for them too. Several paintings depict very British scenery and some depict Venice capturing the tranquillity of the canals.

A few words about a talented local artist James McCutcheon. James genre is water colour and covers a wide scope of subjects from scenic to portrait of people and animals and still life. Our first painting by James was of a beautiful village in England one which we had visited and has since increased to seven, five of which hang on what we refer to as our McCutcheon wall.
